Spacious Knowing Therapy offers individual telehealth counselling at the current rate:
Individual Counselling (50 minutes) : $175
Payment is required on the day of your appointment
Please note: Counsellors in Australia are not currently included in the Medicare Scheme and I’m not registered with private health insurers.
No referral is needed to access counselling with Spacious Knowing Therapy.

I hold a limited number of sliding scale spaces (starting at $100 per 50-minute appointment) to help make therapy more accessible. No proof of need is required.
If you’re interested in a sliding scale space, we’ll confirm the rate together before scheduling your first session. Please let me know if you’d like to claim one of these spaces.
